05PROJECT AGREEMENTS
Scope and sign, prepare the site, complete the POC, then review ongoing collection. Partner setup fees, ongoing revenue share and site payments are agreed by project. POC completion and a decision to scale are separate milestones.
Equipment provision, ownership, maintenance and replacement are defined in the project plan. Any site advance, reconciliation, settlement cycle and treatment if the project does not proceed are agreed before entry.
Site know-how stays with its original rights holder. Raw recording ownership, processing, storage and access are agreed with each site. Authorized data is delivered to the designated purchaser. Further sharing, resale or sublicensing requires a separate written agreement and explicit rights-holder authorization. Customer model IP remains with the customer; use rights for test logs and reports are agreed separately.
Cross-border transfer and participant permissions are arranged per project. Field validation is not certification or a performance guarantee.
06THE FIRST PROJECT
Propose a site and suitable processes, name the site lead and confirm staffing. Infyness reviews the tasks and equipment needs, then agrees pricing, permissions, the POC plan and acceptance criteria with the parties. A shared review determines the next scope.
We are exploring local collection partnerships in Vietnam. The proposed Vietnam model includes at least one Chinese–Vietnamese bilingual operator for site coordination. Language and staffing needs elsewhere are defined by project.
